 A friend of mine recommended

A friend of mine recommended dailymile.com to track this kind of thing. It's very basic but has a social aspect to it, which is cute. You may already be using it, I don't know!

I use dailyburn.com to track my swimming progress, only because it has a little widget that goes on my iGoogle and lets me know how much exercise I've been doing lately. I don't use any of the nutritional, goal weight etc stuff in there, I just enter my swims and feel happy when it adds an extra flame to my iGoogle chart.

Body Clutter

I read a great book a while back called Body Clutter. Talked about stripping back, in what we wear and how we feed our body, back to bare basics in a quest to de-clutter our selves.

I can relate to what you are going through, I am 20k heavier than what I was 3 years ago .. guess we are all getting old as well.

:)
